About the Role
Nasu Capital is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investor Relations & Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Dubai. This role sits at the intersection of investor communications, fund operations, and market intelligence, supporting our mission to deliver institutional-grade digital asset strategies to a global LP base across our Liquid Tokens, Early-Stage Tokens, and Venture Equity funds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for LP inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional investor communications
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly investor reports, fund marketing materials, pitch decks, and due diligence packages
- Maintain and optimise CRM systems (Salesforce) to track investor relationships, pipeline activity, and engagement metrics
- Plan, coordinate, and execute investor roadshows, capital introduction events, and LP meetings across key financial hubs
- Conduct ongoing research and analysis of digital asset market trends, emerging protocols, and investment opportunities to support the investment team
- Support active fundraising initiatives and broader business development efforts, including prospect identification and outreach
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking, or a technology-adjacent field
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Genuine interest in and working knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the broader Web3 ecosystem
- Proven ability to operate with precision and composure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is advantageous
